Processing Time All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.
Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Lithuania & EU: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Upis Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
